Good machine but the trigger and conections made plastic cheap carnts see them lasting long. Should of used brass or similer connections instead I thought it came with the metal end sorry suction as showed on video cane with plastic see free one .

Excellent service and a great machine on a budget. Delivery was fast and I appreciated the call to arrange everything

Great cleaning performance but a little bulky to manoeuvre

The machine is very powerful and the carpets look lovely and clean and dry very quickly. I do find the machine heavy and quite bulky to manoeuvre and carry. The carpet cleaning head doesn't quite fit into the corner turns on the stairs and I find the heads are quite difficult to fit on and off the pole as they just push on and off.
