Aquarius Hot 2800 Professional Hot Water Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner

Its a massive upgrade to my old rug doctor machine. I mostly clean caravan carpets on a park , so it does the job , but if I was doing customers houses daily then this might not cut it , the wand is a bit flimsy but ok to use, the major flaw really is the heat of the water. Was expecting some steam at least to be seen when pumping water but nothing , its warm at best . Maybe the use of a 7m hose it cools down by time it exits . I don’t know to be honest, had some great results while using the machine but I was expecting it to perform a bit better with heating the water . Looks the part but would I recommend, for the price I’d have to say no due to the temp of the water coming out

The Aquarius Hot 2800 is by far one of the best professional carpets cleaners I have had over the 4 years of running my business.
Although within the 1st week the water outlet on the unit itself started sticking and didn't catch it meant it was useless without a screwdriver. Contacted Equip2Clean straight away and a new product was sent out, although I was flabbergasted at this and it does come with a 12 month warranty I was fuming that a £1415 machine with delivery on top was breaking straight away and apparently has happened before. The gentleman was really calm and explained how to fit the new tap that was sent next day delivery.
The machine is extrenely bulky and in the box and on a pallet weighs 76kg so make sure you have someone else with you to get it indoors as I had to help the delivery driver get it off the wagon. Once unpacked it is quite a beast so make sure you check measurements of your vehicles etc before ordering - it fits with some room in a Renault scenic. The wand doesn't feel as solid as some of the cheaper machines I have used but I like the curve at the bottom. The fact that it heats the water up is amazing and I literally watch stains disappear before my eyes. Its not easy to move around once you have filled the water tank either and although it's on a base with wheels when empty it's easy to move around but not as easy when full and cab be a nightmare getting up and down stairs. It's also not easy to empty the dirty water either and although after watching videos and my wife helping me it is a struggle to lift and tip, even though there is a handy handle at bottom front be careful and get help.
Overall in terms of cleaning its one of the better ones I have had but can seeing it being an issue long run if it starts breaking down and warranty ends.

This machine works great and I have been running a successful carpet cleaning company for over 10 years now, highly recommend this product.
