Full Description
The shuttle and spring may need replacing when damage has occurred due to ingress of dirt into the unloader valve. If the spring or the shuttle has been damaged, you may experience a drop in pressure, or no pressure at all. If your machine has lost pressure, a common reason is when the shuttle and spring gets contaminated with dirt or debris, and can damage the spring or shuttle causing the unloader to jam or cause a loss of pressure. Replace the shuttle and spring to regain full pressure.
To replace, simply remove the unloader outlet coupling, where you will find the shuttle & spring inside. Replace and refit into the unloader valve.
