Better than the hose that came with the original pressure washer

Just bought this and went through the process of first waiting for the weather to stop throwing down with rain then setting up and getting familiar with it, and what a difference; hot water cleans so much better. The pressure is excellent and the spray format from the nozzle is very effective. I opted for the NPX 1310 rather than the LKX, and am not disappointed. Whilst the detergent goes on at low pressure for the NPX, for vehicle detailing and engine-bay cleaning, it matters little.
Turning on the heat, up to 60C, I didn't detect any noticeable drop in pressure, but I did experience a much better cleaning with hot water, and a pleasant sauna effect that took the bite off the winter weather.
Jonathan has been great with the service too, solving an initial fuse issue quickly, and then generously providing a longer-term inbound water fitment to it by sending some brass Hozelock compatible fittings.
Cleaning vehicles will now be a pleasure rather than a chore, and the challenge will be to stop others using it without my express permission! Lol.
I've been deliberating for five years to get one, and now wish I'd done it much sooner.

Seems like a very well built perhaps semi to pro machine? I'm just a normal guy using this at home. Powerful suction and lots of water delivery, with the solution purchased, has cleaned my very dirty mattress, sofa, carpets etc. and the amount of dirt, cat hair etc. that comes up is like night and day. Makes old dirty things 80% like new again. Clean and freash. I love this so much I am getting the hot steam cleaner from Equip2Clean soon! Thanks very much for a great product and service.

Brought a pressure washer and some additional bits very helpful with advice, the washer turned up straight from the manufacturer as they didn’t have it in stock it got damaged in transport. Sent pictures over to Jon and he got it exchanged the next day just nice to deal with a company that actually takes your problem seriously and acted straight away and even got a free gift for the trouble, definitely 5 star ⭐️
