STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

You can indicate your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your product under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. For a change‑of‑mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in a resalable state.

Change‑of‑mind returns must be sent back at the customer’s own cost, using any tracked service of your choice. You then have a further 14 days after notifying us to return the item.

If the item has been used, installed, filled with water/chemicals, or shows signs of wear, it will not qualify for a change‑of‑mind return — but we will still support you under our warranty process if there is a fault.

WARRANTY RETURNS

If you wish to claim a product or part under warranty, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue without the need to return it.

Our products carry a return‑to‑base warranty, meaning the customer is responsible for the return postage costs.

When returning a product or part, please include your order details, contact details, and the reason for return inside the packaging.
