A direct replacement jet for rotary surface cleaners that take 1/8" BSP threaded nozzles. Machined from stainless steel for a long, accurate working life, it restores the even, streak-free clean you lose when nozzles wear.
Why replace your surface cleaner nozzles?
Every nozzle wears with use. As the orifice opens up, pressure drops, the spray pattern loses its shape and the spray bar may spin unevenly. The result is striping, slower cleaning and a machine that has to work harder for a poorer finish.
Fitting fresh nozzles is one of the quickest and cheapest ways to bring a rotary surface cleaner back to full performance.

Check before you order
- Thread: your surface cleaner must take 1/8" BSP threaded nozzles.
- Size: nozzle size should match your machine's pressure and flow. Look for the number stamped on your existing nozzles (for example 2503 or 25030) and match it.
- Replace as a set: fit all nozzles on the spray bar at the same time so the bar stays balanced and spins evenly.
Fitting tips
- Switch off the pressure washer and release all pressure before working on the surface cleaner.
- Remove the old nozzle and clean the thread in the spray bar.
- Wrap the new nozzle's thread with PTFE tape and screw it in firmly, without overtightening.
- Align the fan so it matches the other nozzles, then run the cleaner briefly to check for leaks and even rotation.
