I looked for my replacement hedge trimmer attachment for my 5 in 1 garden tool and saw quite a few on the web but this one not only came with free delivery but also was a price far better than any other site. It really does pay to do your research.

Why am I impressed with a company that sent me the wrong item? I rang them and immediately spoke to someone, no chiming music or we'll get back to you. Problem was resolved within a couple of minutes, my correct item was delivered the following morning and the incorrect item collected. Now imo that is a good company, fixing things quickly and easily when a mistake is made 🤗
