Great service

Impressed with the speed of processing my order.
Like the product but surprised hose fitting does not comply with Hoselock type connector. This is only reason I have downgraded score from 5 star.

Useful tool

This Aquaspray 20ft pole is good and well made but there could be some design improvements. 1. The tube can become disconnected from the head and disappear into the pole, requiring a fiddly job to extract it. 2. The valve could be nearer the user (perhaps in the pole itself) for on /off use during use.
3. paperwork showing parts supplied and assembly could be included in packaging. (Or at least a reference to the website containing instuctions)

Good product and lightweight compared with others I’ve use. Only other comment is that it comes with one quarter inch hose fitting which then requires an adaptor to fit U.K. garden hose connectors

I bought the aqua spray 20 window cleaner for use around my home ‘it was difficult to get a window cleaner so I decided to purchase one.It was very easy to attach the brunch head and on the other end it connect straight on to your garden hose .I have used it already and so far I am impressed it is easy to raise up to the top floor and did a great job

Looks tough enough to last and do the job for a long time

Quality fittings with adjustable flow at a convenient place near the handle. Only used once but it is what I need for the job. The tube at the base looks potentially vulnerable if stood on the handle so I will need to bear this in mind. An observation only at this point. Pleased to have bought it and it telescopes down for easy storage.

Great product, great service

This is a really well engineered product and works very well. I have tried connecting it to both the mains water supply and also via a 12v pump from a deionised water container. Both work perfectly with excellent delivery of water to the windows. The huge reach of this device means I can reach the top of every window and it is very stable and quite manageable.
