The mud sucker uses a high pressure water stream (1000-4000 PSI) to suck off the bottom of pits or tanks and eject it through a hose to a disposal tank. The base unit attaches to the end of a pressure washer lance with a 1/4" quick release coupling.
It acts as a high volume sludge pump able to extract stones (up to 20mm) sludge, dirt, sand and other sediment from wet areas such as ponds, barrels, flooded cellars etc. Maximum output is 18000 ltrs/hr.

Connected to a pressure washer outputting 175 bar and the 1.2 m pressure washer lance. Impressed with the removal of silty water at 1.5 m deep from manholes but was struggling to remove thicker stuff at the bottom, however it coped quite well in the manholes 1 m deep including the sucking up of pea-sized gravel. Quick and easy to use.
