Decent bit of kit - works pretty well

Having failed to find anyone who wanted to clean our windows, I opted to get this and do them myself. Works pretty well - easy to use and gets reasonable results. Does tire the arms out if you have lots of windows though!

Excellent product and customer service

As a garden centre we use this type of product to clean our various canopy’s and polytunnels. This is by the far the best and easiest to use of all the systems we have tried to date. It’s lightweight, manoeuvrable and has various features to ensure we get a good clean. I’ve also used it to clean the shop windows for which it is actually intended and it makes the task very easy. I would add that upon delivery we had been sent some incorrect fittings. I reported this via email and within hours had received a phone call apologising and confirming what I actually should have received. The correct parts arrived the next day (a Saturday). This is excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company and it’s products.

Decent kit - brush could be better

Ordered this to clean our own windows, as we can't get a window cleaner where we live. Easy enough to use and plenty long enough, even for our quite tall 2 floor house. My only real criticism is that the brush seems very soft, and not hugely great at remving grime quickly.

Works great for what I need

This is for a domestic user, the pole and water feed work great, the squeegy takes a little more pratice but overall a great result and sturdy enough for the task.
